After opting for the Management Package Premier Student Property will ensure you are kept up to date with all of your legislative responsibilities. All properties prior to listing must have an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate), an annual Gas safety certificate and an HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) license when appropriate.

All deposits must be protected using one of the government approved schemes. Our favoured partner is TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme). Premier Student Property can assist you or provide guidance on each of these entities, and we have developed a great working relationship with HMO officers.
